I also felt that my stance was a bit too wide. I thought I needed to adjust my stance because it seemed too wide, but I hesitated to narrow it since it might feel unstable. Once again, and I found the solution in this video. Thank you Todd from Korea.

Hey there! New sub and names Jake from WA! So I definitely come from the inside, I've down the line test and 3 ball test and seems to be for sure coming from the inside. I actually sometimes do the horrible low snap hook and the horrible slice..!! Was wondering what could be causing both of these depending on impact position then? I figure maybe I'm sliding forward too much not rotating on the downswing, could that cause snap hooks and slices depending on face position and heel or toe? Thanks in advance! (please respond haha :))

So I'm a beginner and stuck on what loft of pitching wedge to get. I got a Callway Strata 9-piece set off amazon that comes with a 55 degree SW but am unsure of my 9 iron and obviously the set did not come with a PW. Callaway discontinued the 9-piece set so I'm unable to pull the specs online. What loft angle would you recommend? I don't want to be too close in angle to my 9 iron. Would i be good with 46 or 48 degrees? Any feedback would be great. Thanks!

South Central Kansas here, just started my golf journey 2 months ago and have been ate up with trying to figure out to hit the best Golf shot possible! I can’t wait to apply these tomorrow on the range. Great easy to follow instruction

Just found your channel. I used to play a lot of golf when I was younger, now I’m older and trying to get back to playing more and getting back to the basics. Your videos have helped. Thanks checking in from west central Illinois

I do not play courses that are pristine for either pros or country club members. One course I do play in particular has a number of trees with low hanging limbs, that do NOT lend themselves to this much illustrated 3/4 swing. You're OFTEN lucky if you can take the club halfway back... or front. I practice a very confined swing back.. then forth. I generally use a five-iron - something I can choke down on ... and punch down at the ball. If I can sometimes get greedy enough, a 3-hybrid can work. No matter how well I pull off the shot, luck - often bad - will play a role. The ball takes off, but hits mammoth tree roots. Or worse, when outside the cart path, hit a shot that catches the OUTside of the cart path. Either of those scenarios elicits a "gosh dern". Okay maybe worse.

Great, simple tip. Thanks! Years ago I - stupidly - made a major change in my swing (foregoing my natural draw and attempted to learn to hit a fade). Being reminded of any potential error is always a plus.

Old fart here. I've been in that mind game for decades. When I had a natural draw - that I was comfortable with, I "think" I concentrated on the lead arm controlling. Years later, I got greedy, and wanted to learn to hit fades - WHEN I wanted them, situationally. That decision destroyed my swing. And I still am a mess. I go back and forth, controlling with my lead arm - then my trail arm.

Hi Todd. On page 139 in your book you talk about the trail elbow secret where the trail elbow should work out ahead of the trail wrist. I can't get the hang of what you are mentioning here. Is it possible to give a little extra guidance on finding the right points in this comment.

Does it matter what color sharpie you use?

I hear about club selections, ball positions, and swing control, which is all good. My question is about ball selection. Is there a ball composition that is right for the individual.

All excellent advise Todd that you gave to your student Claire! As a senior golfer, I have lost a lot of my distance because my backswing has shortened over the years. I will definitely heed your advise and flair my toes out more at address, get more depth in my backswing by turning the right hip back farther and get higher arms on the follow through. Well Done Todd!

Love your videos. I am a 63 years old male. I have played golf off and on since I have been 13. I love the game but the game doesn’t love me. I work hard and have taken lessons but after a few seasons I get frustrated and put the cubs away. A few years pass and I pull the cubs out and hit the driving range. I hit a straight shot 7 out of 10 times. My issue is that no matter what iron I hit I only get 125 yards. How can that be?

Good Morning from sunny Florida! Todd I'm 74 year old male golf nut. Left handed, play golf right handed. Lost vision in my left eye (dominate eye) about 7 years ago. I find that it is hard to read any putt properly. I miss so many short putts, when I step up to almost any putt I lack any confidence that I can make it. I am about a 12-14 handicap any tips to improve my putting?
